Projects in progress include developing tourist attractions, implementing a marketing strategy, establishing a handi transit in Miniota as well as a fitness centre and providing ongoing support to local businesses, organizations and entrepeneurs.

McAuley Store & Cafe will be able to provide self serve petroleum soon.  This project is very important to the residents and working professionals in McAuley and will provide a necessary service for the positive growth and sustainability of the area.

The mission of the Miniota Archie Community Development Corporation (MACDC) is to foster economic development, preserve and enhance neighborhoods, quality of life and environment; and to promote equity and opportunity in the municipalities of Miniota & Archie.

Through our newly announced Municipal Incentive Programs, new residents and new businesses have a unique opportunity to purchase a lot of land for $1.00.  In addition property taxes will be waived for the first two years upon your relocation.  This program demonstrates our support and commitment to community development.  More information is available in the "News" section.
