About Us

In June of 2005, the Miniota Community Development Corporation (MCDC) was established.

The MCDC is a non-profit organization governed by a volunteer board of nine directors. The CDC is funded by the R.M. of Miniota.

The MCDC office currently offers a wide range of confidential services such as but are not limited to:

• Business development assistance
• Site selection services
• A wide variety of statisical information/demographics
• Community development loan program
• Advise on current government programs to assist with financial and non-financial needs
• Community contacts and information
• Photo library for promotional purposes
• Relocation packages
• Recruitment packages
• Regulatory information
